We had fun hunting!

All smiles after a tiring day!

Themed “Hunt with a Heart”, the annual charity motor hunt saw approximately 148 hunters in 37 cars racing to the finish line, while solving mind-boggling puzzles for the chance to win attractive prizes.

Kamaludin Ahmad, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Etiqa Insurance & Takaful was there to flag off and wish each car well on their way. “One of the few segments Etiqa focuses on under our corporate responsibility umbrella is women and youth. The hunt this year aims to enhance and spread the awareness on the issue of violence against women and children”, he said.

“That is why we felt that it was important for us to be a part of this treasure hunt. Not only do we strive for awareness, but we seek to nurture these groups and do our best to provide them with the support and help they need”, he added.

We survived the hunt!

Dr.Chang said “SICB is made up of professional women who are actively involved in community projects to advance the rights of women and children. We’re proud to be partners with Etiqa again this year as we join hands to ensure the safety and equal rights of these women and children”.

This year’s treasure hunt successfully raised RM16,000.00 which will go to a good cause to fund courses and workshops on halting violence against women and children. “With the aim to empower these women and children with the proper skills and knowledge, we hope that they will be able to know that they are not alone out there. There is always support and someone who will lend a helping hand”, Dr Chang added.
