Close One Eye in the Novice category is a returning team from the previous two hunts.
The representative, Leslie Andres, had this to share, “This is our first time winning, and knowing that our participation is in support of charity makes getting up early truly satisfying”.
On the other hand, seasoned hunters from team Boburum made up of friends from KL and Penang, were practically a shoo-in with their winning strategy:
“Everyone had their own role as we had a ‘Google-ist’, a ‘Clue Decoder’, a ‘Timekeeper’ and a ‘Getaway Driver’!
As regular hunters, our goal is to popularise hunting in Malaysia and help newbies gain confidence so that more people will participate in the Regular category,” shared Penang-based Chian Min.

Every participant also received a goody-bag with vouchers from iconic fabric store Harisons and online shopping sites White. My, MilkADeal and HiShop.
TNT gave away RM60,000 to the homes - the funds were channelled equally to Precious Children’s Home, Shelter Home for Children, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kanak-kanak Yatim & Miskin Wawasan in Port Dickson and Rumah Bakti Al-Kausar in Bangi.
“Most of the homes have been our beneficiary since the inception of the TNT Charity Hunt in 2011. With the ongoing relationship between TNT and the homes, it provides us an opportunity to get updates on the progress the homes have made, with the guardians sharing how previous and future contributions have and will be spent such as for educational programmes, school needs and costs for the upkeep of premises.
"For TNT, we cherish the chance to acknowledge the heartfelt work done by the caretakers and guardians who look after the children,” added Ngoh.

In view of the recent super typhoon in the Philippines, TNT also took the opportunity to reach out for support for its ‘Embrace Phillippines’ donation box: “With the unfortunate events happening at our fellow Asean country, we wanted to raise funds to be forwarded towards victims of the typhoon who are currently in urgent need of medical aid, shelter and food.
"We are glad that many have chosen to donate to this fund and we are especially touched when the beneficiary homes have generously agreed to give away a total of RM 7,500, a portion of the money they received,” exclaimed Ngoh.
